How It Works
PREPARATION GUIDE
Before You Begin
Our specialty is professional review of your prepared work.
- One-Session Process: This system does not save progress. Please complete your intake and upload in one sitting.
- Ready to File: Only upload applications that are fully finalized and ready for USCIS submission.
- Review Only, Not Preparation: This is a professional review of your completed work, not a "how-to" or tutorial service. If you need help choosing forms, gathering evidence, or building a strategy, please consult an attorney before proceeding.
Fast Track On-Boarding Process
This secure, one-session process ensures our service is ethically sound and conflict-free. Please have your finalized application ready to upload before you begin.
Step 1: Conflict Assessment
We begin with a mandatory conflict check to ensure we can ethically review your case. You will provide your legal name and answer brief disclosure questions. This safeguard protects both you and the integrity of our firm.
Step 2: Application Upload & Digital Quarantine
Upload your completed application and evidence. Your files enter Digital Quarantine, remaining unviewed until the conflict check clears (usually within 24 hours). If a conflict is found, we delete your files and issue a full refund immediately.
Step 3: Legal Terms & Framework
Before proceeding, you will review and acknowledge the formal framework of our advisory engagement. These sections protect your privacy and define our professional relationship:
- Limited Scope & Termination: You are requesting a one-time, verbal consultation. The relationship begins only after a successful conflict check and ends automatically when the session concludes.
- Pro Se Status: You acknowledge that you are a pro se (self-represented) applicant. We are not your "Attorney of Record" and will not file a Form G-28.
- Your Responsibility: You remain exclusively responsible for your filing, filing deadlines and the results of your case. The Firm assumes no duty, liability, or responsibility for your filings, deadlines, or outcomes at any time.
- Data Integrity & Truthfulness: You certify under penalty of perjury that all documents and facts are 100% truthful. We rely on your honesty to provide sound advice.
- Unauthorized Use Warning: DO NOT list our firm as a "Preparer" on any forms. Doing so without authorization may constitute material misrepresentation to the government and lead to a fraud investigation.
- Privacy & Recording: Your session is confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege. To protect privacy, recording the session is strictly prohibited.
- Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved by the Virginia State Bar’s Fee Dispute Resolution Program must be settled via binding arbitration in Arlington, Virginia.
- Complexity Referral: If your case is too complex for a limited-scope review (e.g., criminal history or prior denials, etc.), our duty is fulfilled by identifying these risks and recommending full-scope representation.
Step 4: Service Selection, Scheduling & Integrated Payment
The final step connects your service choice to the booking and payment interface.
- Service Selection: You will select the specific type of advisory service you require.
- Scheduling: Selecting your service will reveal the corresponding Calendly scheduling link.
- Booking & Payment: Payment is required at this stage to finalize and secure your booking.
- Final Confirmation: Once payment is processed, your session is secured.
Important Disclosure: Payment for a consultation does not constitute our taking responsibility for your application. We assume no duty or liability for your filings, deadlines, or outcomes at any time before, during, or after the consultation.
Final Conflict Clearance: If a conflict is identified, we will decline the engagement and issue a full refund immediately. In such cases, your uploaded documents will be permanently destroyed to protect your privacy. The Firm will only retain your name and conflict-check responses for our mandatory professional records.

Not Quite Ready? Explore Our Traditional Path
If you are unsure about your next steps, would prefer to speak with a live person first, or simply want to take the process more slowly, we offer a traditional onboarding sequence. This path ensures every step is handled manually by our team.
The Traditional Path (Standard Onboarding)
STEP 1: The Initial Inquiry & Conflict Check
Start by filling out our
Contact Form. To uphold legal ethics, we begin with a mandatory conflict check. Within 24 hours, you will receive a secure Docketwise Questionnaire to provide the names of all parties involved. An attorney will cross-reference these to ensure no conflicts exist before we accept any documents or payment.
STEP 2: Secure Onboarding & Document Upload
Once the attorney confirms that no conflict of interest exists, we move to official onboarding. You will receive a professional service agreement and a secure invoice for your selected review session. After payment, you will be granted access to your private Docketwise Portal. Here, you can safely upload your self-drafted forms and supporting documents for the attorney’s strategic review. This direct, encrypted channel ensures your personal information never touches unverified email inboxes or insecure third-party servers.
STEP 3: Schedule Your Live One-on-One Session
After your documents are uploaded, we will provide a link to schedule your live video consultation. A BRAVLIN PC attorney, not a bot or junior staffer, will personally review your application for critical weaknesses or "red flags" and provide a direct advisory opinion before you file.
